Terms of Use

• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Showering is mandatory before using the facilities.
• The use of bathrobe, towels and flip flops is mandatory in the relaxation lounge. You are free to bring your own bath set or you could rent it from us.
• The use of flip flops is mandatory because of the hygiene.
• In the sauna, you should wear a towel. Swimwear is not required.
• It is not allowed to add (care) products to the facilities. The fine depends on the damage.
• Personal care such as shaving, nail cutting, hair dyeing, tooth brushing, use of henna etc. are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. You could get fined because of it.
• In the relaxation lounge you are required to wear a bathrobe or towel.
• Coming late will shorten your own time.
• You must respect the reserved time and leave the complex on time. If not, you risk a fine of 30 EUR per 10 minutes.
• It is not allowed to bring your own consumptions.
• We do not serve alcohol and alcohol consumption is prohibited.
• Smoking is forbidden throughout the complex.
• You must follow the staff instructions at all times.
• When the complex is damaged, we will charge compensatio.
• Spa 1001 is not responsible for any loss or theft of goods brought by the guest and accepts no liability with regard to injury to persons and / or damage to goods.
• At our reception, it is possible to pay with cash or by card.

If the rules are not followed, Spa 1001 has the right to remove the guests immediately after completing the payment.

CANCEL & CHANGE

• Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your reservation.
  If you cancel within 48 hours, we are forced to charge the full amount (100%).
• Last minute bookings, within 48 hours prior to the start time, cannot be changed or canceled.
• If you do not show up without canceling (no show), you must pay the full amount (100%) within 24 hours.
