Terms of Use

When you visit Spa 1001 you are expected to comply with the following house rules.

When you make a reservation, you automatically agree with the following rules.

Showering is compulsory before using the facilities.
Entry age from 16 years.
The use of bathrobe, towels and slippers is mandatory due to hygiene.
In the sauna you must sit on a towel with your whole body. Swimwear is not mandatory.
It is not allowed to add products to the facilities yourself. The fine for this depends on the damage.
Personal care such as shaving, cutting nails, dyeing hair, brushing your teeth, using henna, ghasul etc. are not allowed for hygienic reasons. There is a fine for this.
You can take a seat in your bathrobe on the lounge sofa.
Being late takes your own time.
You must respect the reserved time and leave the complex on time. The fine for this is €30 (every 10 minutes after the end time).
It is not allowed to consume your own drinks.
We do not serve alcohol and alcohol consumption is prohibited.
There is a smoking ban in the entire complex.
As a visitor, you must follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
When damage is done within the complex, compensation will be charged.
Spa 1001 is not liable for any loss or theft of goods or valuables brought by the guest and accepts no liability with regard to injury to persons and / or damage to goods.
You can pay by card or cash at the counter.

If the rules are not adhered to, Spa 1001 has the right to immediately expel visitors from the complex after full payment.

CANCEL & CHANGE

Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, we are forced to charge the full amount (100%).
Last minute bookings, within 48 hours prior to the start time, cannot be changed or canceled.
If you do not show up without canceling (no show), you must pay the full amount (100%) within 24 hours.
