The steam cabin is significantly less ‘oppressive’ than a sauna. The room is between 40 and 60 °C and has a humidity of approximately 98%.
With a view of a beautiful sky ceiling, you can relax here from the sauna.
It is recommended to stay in the steam cabin for 10 to 20 minutes to achieve the right effect.
Some effects of steaming on the body:
• the skin is cleansed deep into the pores and feels softer after steaming
• the heat makes you sweat, which ensures that waste products are removed from your body
• the heat has a positive effect on cramped and painful muscles; they can relax better
• the hot steam (with eucalyptus extract) ensures that the airways are cleared
• promoting blood circulation
It is very important to drink enough water during and after your spa visit.
